A Sheffield man has been sentenced to three months’ probation following an investigation by a North Yorkshire Police (NDP).
Dian Shaver is currently being held in the Sheffield Crown Court for his part in a sex-trafficking and unlawful purchase of Viagra from a confidential friend. Shaver, aged 19, was arrested at the time of his arrest in the Sheffield Road High Street Crown Court.

Shaver was arrested on suspicion of possessing controlled drug substances and possession of a controlled substance in an illegal manner.
He has been listed as a danger to public safety in relation to his role as a high street drug dealer in Sheffield. The court will determine whether it is justified.
During the arrest, Shaver was observed by the police officers and surveillance camera at the high street address of 11th and High Street, Sheffield, which is on the north side of Sheffield Road.
Shaver was observed to cross the street at around 4.30pm on his own on the morning of October 10th, before returning home on the morning of the 11th.

Upon arrival at the High Street address, Shaver’s mobile phone was placed in the car and he was observed to turn around and walk on a sign on the property. Shaver was then observed to turn back to his home, which is opposite the high street, by his own to exit the property.
Upon returning to his home, Shaver was observed to be walking down the street at around 5.30am on the morning of the 11th.
